We take part in street food markets in order to get closer to the people. We offer a good alternative to meat combined with different dishes made with biological and seasonal products. A healthy superfood surprisingly delicious.
We had the pleasure of getting in touch with the Prinzessinnen Garten collective of Hermannstrasse 100 in Berlin. The new space of this co-gardening project is a deconsecrated cemetery, full of history in the heart of Neukoelln.

Thanks to the collaboration with the Berlin beekeeper Erica Mayr, we finally have adopted our own two beehives on the roof of the Zeughof complex in Kreuzberg.
MikroKosmos is a “growtainer” of ideas and projects that deal with edible insects and help overcome the disgust and fear towards them. We create new communication and educational contexts to awaken consumer curiosity about edible insects and inform about their nutritional and environmental value. Besides our restaurant in Berlin, we create interaction through our presence at street food markets, events, fairs as well as through our workshops, cooking classes and many other activities.
