SEASONAL MENU

Our menu is constantly evolving as it is based on seasonal products sourced from small producers. Half of it is vegetarian – vegan. We do offer meat, sourced from local farms, and in winter, wild game from local hunters. We serve fish too, primarily freshwater fish, as it comes from nearby lakes. Additionally, as we love to investigate diverse sources of protein, you could find some specials: from insects to algae, passing through snails. Ours, is a cuisine where the only limit is a good taste. The flavor combinations are unique and surprising.

WE WORK WITH TWO MENUS

ONE WITHOUT INSECTS AND A PROPOSAL MENU WITH INSECTS INTEGRATED Each dish integrates a specific type of insect, prepared with different cooking techniques. You can try them fried, fermented, roasted, caramelized or as insect flour in our homemade focaccia or chips. Ideal for those who prefer not to see them 😉

Lime marinated crickets, chili, fresh coriander and onions, all presented on corn tostada from https://www.tlaxcalli.de , sour cream, ricotta salt, carrots green powder.

NOT ONLY FISH CEVICHE
There is always a ceviche in our menu, but mostly vegan variations.

DRINKS


We try to be sustainable also in our selection of drinks. Water is our primary need, we do not buy and sell water bottles, but we have installed a filter to tab water and we offer bottles for 2,50€. We make homemade water kefir and kombucha with different flavors. Our range of selected natural wines constantly changes and we work with Bag in Box as “vino della casa”. In addition, our cocktails and long drinks are based on natural liqueurs, such as the Austrian “Super Cattivo” .
