MENU

Our menu is constantly evolving as it is based on seasonal products sourced from small producers. Half of it is vegetarian – vegan. We do offer meat, sourced from local farms, and in winter, wild game from local hunters. We serve fish too, primarily freshwater fish, as it comes from nearby lakes. Additionally, as we love to investigate diverse sources of protein, you could find some specials: from insects to algae, passing through snails. Ours, is a cuisine where the only limit is a good taste. The flavor combinations are unique and surprising.

Each dish integrates a specific type of insect, prepared with different cooking techniques. You can try them fried, fermented, roasted, caramelized or as insect flour in our homemade focaccia or chips. Ideal for those who prefer not to see them 😉

WINES


Our wine selection features natural and low-intervention options, with offerings that change frequently. Our house wine is available in a variety of bag-in-box options.

DRINKS

We make homemade water kefir and kombucha with different flavors that we offer as ALCOHOL FREE OPTION. Our Spritz, cocktails and long drinks are based on natural liqueurs, such as the Austrian “Super Cattivo” .
