Try adding bugs to your favourite dishes!
Just substitute the protein source you currently use with a portion of insects (10-20 g) for a sustainable, healthy and tasty meal. Toast the insects and use them as a topping for your salad, cous-cous or yoghurt. Cook them in a pan with vegetable oils or animal fat, as you prefer, and mix with cheese or vegetables. Fry them to snack on during the day, for a delicious energy kick or to surprise friends with a special nibble. Powder them to make insect flour and then bake your favourite treats.
